Sergey Grachev is the Founder and CEO of HOW International, a London-based investigations and intelligence firm supporting law firms, litigation funders and businesses in complex cross-border disputes, asset recovery and investigations.

HOW International works across asset tracing, recoverability, ownership and corporate structure investigations, litigation support, enhanced due diligence and complex counterparty intelligence. The firm has particularly deep investigative capabilities across the former USSR and Central and Eastern Europe, alongside an international network supporting cross-border matters.
