Mrs. Gennine Hanlon
About
I am the Associate Director of Priority International, a leading investigations firm based in Holywood, Northern Ireland. With over a decade of experience in professional investigations, research, intelligence gathering, and complex case analysis, I specialise in delivering credible, ethically sourced intelligence and actionable insights to clients across the UK and internationally.
My career is built on continuous professional development and a commitment to best practice. I hold the QCF IQ Level 3 Award for Professional Investigators (2015) and the Evolve Management & Leadership Certificate (2023), alongside specialist training in GDPR compliance, business administration, and customer service excellence. I also have additional qualifications in computerised accounting, advanced IT proficiency, and a broad range of certifications supporting operational and regulatory excellence.
I am passionate about advancing the investigative profession and upholding ethical standards. I have been a member of the World Association of Professional Investigators (WAPI) since 2015 and an Associate Member of the Council of International Investigators (CII) since 2022, actively engaging with these organisations to promote professionalism and continuous learning in our industry.
In addition, I serve as a panellist for the Foster and Adoption Society, applying both personal and professional insight to support safe and informed decision-making for children and families. I’m dedicated to mentoring future investigators and helping organisations mitigate risk with clarity and confidence.
