Terry L. Burke, CFE, CIA, CAMS is a financial forensics and litigation consultant with more than 40 years of experience in complex financial, criminal, and national security investigations. A retired FBI Forensic Accountant and retired U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID) Special Agent, he has conducted and supported investigations across domestic and international jurisdictions.

During his FBI career, Mr. Burke served as a Regional Program Manager, Supervisory Forensic Accountant, and member of the FBI’s Forensic Accountant Support Team (FAST) and Corporate Fraud Response Team (CFRT), supporting sensitive and high-priority matters in the United States and abroad.

He specializes in financial investigations involving fraud, money laundering, illicit finance, cryptocurrency, and cross-border funds movement, and has worked with domestic and international partners, including prosecutors and attorneys in international jurisdictions.

In private practice, he provides financial forensic analysis and litigation support, including asset tracing, financial analysis, and the preparation of litigation-ready reports, affidavits, and financial summaries.

Mr. Burke is a Registered Private Investigator in the Commonwealth of Virginia (DCJS Registration No. 99-745153) and operates a licensed private investigation firm (DCJS License No. 11-21712).
