CDiC Consultants LLP is a licensed private investigation and corporate intelligence agency based in Singapore, specialising in complex investigations, brand protection, intelligence gathering, and strategic enforcement operations across Asia.

Led by veteran investigator Mr. KB Tan, who brings more than 40 years of investigative experience from both law enforcement and the private sector, the firm has conducted investigations and enforcement actions across multiple jurisdictions involving fraud, corruption, employee misconduct, conflicts of interest, intellectual property infringements, and trade secret violations.

The firm’s investigative experience spans sectors including technology, luxury goods, manufacturing, finance, and consumer brands. CDiC has managed cross-border investigations, intelligence assignments, and court-ordered search and enforcement operations for corporate, legal, and private clients throughout the region.

Mr. Tan has also served as a fact witness and investigation specialist in judicial proceedings before the courts of Singapore, Malaysia, Italy, and the United States. Prior to entering private practice, he served with the Singapore Police Force, including the Special Investigation Section (SIS/CID), an elite investigative unit specialising in major crimes and homicide investigations.

CDiC Consultants LLP was recognised as “Singapore’s Best Private Investigation Firm – Tier 1 (Outstanding)” at the Singapore Security Industry Awards from 2022 to 2024, becoming the first private investigation firm in Singapore to receive this distinction for three consecutive years.
