About
Eli W. Wilkerson | MBA, has more than 16 years of experience across law enforcement, military service, corrections, higher education, and private practice. He is the owner and lead investigator of Praxis Detection SVCS, LLC (Amarillo, Texas, USA), where he conducts criminal and civil investigations, digital evidence acquisition and examination, OSINT/SOCMINT, litigation support, and cyber-enabled investigations spanning the surface, deep, and dark web.
During his tenure as a Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission Agent [State Police], He investigated matters involving alcohol related deaths, assaults, human trafficking, fraud, and narcotics. As a U.S. Army Civil Affairs Officer, Eli deployed to the Kunar Province, Afghanistan, where his mission centered on developing and stabilizing local governance. He has been court-appointed and recognized as an expert witness in digital, electronic, and internet-based evidence. He previously served as an adjunct professor of Digital Forensics at Amarillo College.
Eli holds the Certified International Investigator (CII) designation, Texas and New Mexico Private Investigator licenses, TCOLE Master Peace Officer certification, and TCOLE Basic and Firearms Instructor credentials, alongside a broader certification portfolio spanning fraud examination, ethical hacking, digital forensics, and cyber and social media intelligence (CFE, CEH, CHFI, CECI, CSMIE, CDCI, CPCI, CASIP). He is currently completing a Master of Arts in International Relations & Global Security at American Military University.
