Lael Henterly, CLI, CII, OSC. I founded Integra Intelligence in Seattle in 2016, came to investigations from investigative journalism, and still work the same way: from data to documents to people, until the conduct connects to the person who ordered it.

Most of my work is for plaintiffs’ counsel in U.S. federal court: securities fraud, antitrust and qui tam cases, including the national opioid litigation. I have worked more than 300 complex matters across pharma, technology, healthcare, biotech, energy, infrastructure and luxury goods, and have helped expose bid rigging in construction, collusion in the meat industry and price fixing in pharmaceuticals.

The rest is recovery and diligence. Since 2016 my work has let more than 100 clients collect on long-unpaid judgments, many of them seven figures and up. I also work with bankruptcy trustees and creditors’ counsel on concealed assets and fraudulent transfers. Due diligence on founders, executives and counterparties, and independent workplace investigations, round out the practice.

President of the Washington Association of Legal Investigators since 2024; formerly adjunct instructor in civil-litigation investigations at the University of Washington.
